By booking services with ÁNIMO Wellness Collective, you agree to the following:

• Payment is due at the time of booking or via recurring monthly billing for package services.

• Care packages are typically structured as a three-month commitment to support continuity of care. If after the first month the program is not the right fit, remaining months may be canceled with notice before the next billing cycle.

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

• Wellness and fitness services are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

• Participation in movement or fitness activities carries inherent risk, and clients assume responsibility for their participation.
